general information & policies appointments to ensure the availability of your desired appointments, we recommend making your reservation well in advance. a credit card will be required at the time of booking. personal preferences we urge you to communicate your preferences and expectations so that your spa experience is maximized. special requests and custom programs are accommodated whenever possible. if you have a preference for the gender of your therapist, please state it when you book your appointment. medical conditions in the interests of your safety and comfort, we urge you to communicate any relevant medical information (including medications) that may affect the outcome of your treatments. first-time guests will be asked to complete a brief medical questionnaire, and our treatment staff may ask additional questions. we consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with absolute discretion. cancellations kindly provide a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a full service charge. arrivals we invite you to arrive at the spa 30-minutes in advance of your appointments to register, relax and take advantage of our numerous amenities. late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. attire all apa guests receive the complimentary use of robes and slippers, during their visit. while most spa treatments are best experienced fully undressed, your personal comfort is the priority, and disposables are available on request. gratuities gratuities are not included in the price of treatments and gratefully received to acknowledge good service. although completely discretionary, the typical range is 15-20% of the price of treatments. valuables as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items, we recommend that you do not bring valuables to the spa. personal time the spa experience is designed to encourage you detach, unwind and enjoy. this is your personal time, so we hope you make the most of it. pricing jeunesse reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. if you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment. privacy our privacy commitment we are committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrases 'personally identifiable information" or "personal information" mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.). the purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personally identifiable information or personal information we may collect from you when you visit our web site, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, the information. as part of our commitment to your privacy, jeunesse honors all customers' request not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from us. what information is collected?
