This 6 month program meets twice a month for one hour and covers a variety health concerns. Participants who embrace this 12-session experience will develop a new understanding of nutrition and health. Focus will be on how to implement new foods and self-care habits into your life. Practical tips and suggestions and gifts will be given each week to implement the concepts we discuss in each meeting These sessions will inspire you to try some new and exciting things in your kitchen and in your life!!!
Our mission is to inspire and empower our clients to live extraordinary lives by nourishing themselves from the inside out. Our goal is to clear up the confusion around healthy diets and lifestyle. We will not tell our clients exactly what to eat, but rather help them discover a personalized natural way of eating that works for them and provides them with the energy to enjoy a wonderful life. In this manner, the positive changes that you make can be sustained and integrated into your unique lifestyle and address your unique body needs.
Health and Nutrition Counseling
6 Month Program
- Two 60-minute sessions each month, including discussion of client progress, recommendations and action challenges
- Tour of a health food store or farmer’s market
- Option to bring a different guest, spouse, friend, family member to each event (workshop/seminars), free of charge
- Choice of a health magazine subscription
- Unlimited support provided between sessions via e-mail
- Subscription to Nourished Life News email newsletter
- Food samples and tools essential to your individual program
- Book recommendations
- Internet resources for ordering food and materials
- Kitchen Cupboard Analysis (optional)
- Access to a lending library of books, audio-recordings, and articles directly relating to your health and wellness goals

“Jeunesse-Your Wellness Destination” Group Programs are composed of 10-20 participants and cover a variety health concerns. This 6 month program meets twice a month for one hour.
